MAY 9, 1958 – MARCH 20, 2016 Vickie Heaton Bolding, age 57, of Powell, passed away Sunday March 20, 2016. She was a member of Loveland Baptist Church. She was a very loving and caring person and has worked as a nurse at area hospitals and nursing facilities. Her care giving ways were never more evident than when she and her sister Donna were caring for their mother the last nine years of her life. She also served as a youth counselor at The Lighthouse. She attended Miami-Dade University where she played on the golf team. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Joan Heaton; grandparents, A.D and Ruth Linkes, Macey and Ida Heaton; aunt and uncle, Walter and Carolyn Sharp; cousin, Vandy Sharp; uncles, L.C Shockley, Lee Loveday, Bud Linkes, David Linkes, Gale Linkes, and Lynn Linkes. Survived by husband, Mike Bolding; sister, Donna Collins and husband, Kenny; brother, Wayne Heaton; nephews, Chris Heaton and Bill Collins; great-niece, Addison Heaton; aunts, Billie Loveday and Edith Shockley; uncles, Allan Linkes and Paul Linkes; cousins, Tony Shockley and Les Shockley, Jr. The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Tuesday with the funeral service to follow at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home.
