Ocial Covington “O.C.” Holland, (Sonny) of Sevierville, TN passed away peacefully January 1, 2018. Sonny was born November 6, 1935 in Camilla, Ga. He was a loving and caring husband, father and PaPa. Sonny was a member of First Baptist Church Sevierville.
He moved to Sevierville after retiring from Merck and Company as a heavy equipment mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, working in the yard and being outdoors. He was a veteran who served in the US Army.
Sonny was preceded in death by his parents, O.C. Holland, Sr. and Annie Mae Shealy; brother-in-law, Hugh Lee
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Jo Ann Mangham Holland.
Daughters: Robbie Hudec of Atlanta, GA, step-daughter, Angie Taylor and husband David, of Sevierville
Grandchildren: Eric Hudec and Shae Hudec of Atlanta, Stephen Hill, Brandon Hill, Aaron Taylor, and Andy Taylor (Samantha) of Sevierville.

The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Family and friends will meet 11:30 AM Monday in the enclosed pavilion at the East TN Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Governor John Sevier Hwy. Knoxville, TN 37920 for graveside service and interment with Rev. Jerry Hyder officiating. Military honors provided by American Legion Post 104.
