Oletha Pearl Horne Dees 73, of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, July 4, 2009. Born Sept. 13, 1935, at Lonoke, she was a daughter of the late Teddy and Lottie Holiday Horne. Mrs. Dees was reared and educated in Desha County. She was a certified nursing assistant and had worked for several years at Jefferson Health Care (formerly Loma Linda). She was predeceased by three brothers, L.D., Bobby Eugene, and Aubrey "Preacher" Horne; and a sister, Abigail Thomas. Survivors include three sons, Larry, Danny and Darryl Dees ; sisters, Etta Mae, and Willie Faye; seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and many other loving friends and family. Graveside services: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 10 a.m. at Center Grove Cemetery by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services. Visitation: today at 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
