James (J.T.) Thomas Garrett, Jr. Born in Tucson, AZ, June 24, 1935 passed away November 10, 2005. Preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy K. Garrett, his father, James (Jim) Thomas Garrett, Sr. and his brother John William Garrett. Survived by wife, Rojean Garrett, of Tubac; daughter, Stephanie A. Garrett of Rio Rico; stepson, Lee McIntyre of Denver, CO; two granddaughters, Timmery and Tylie and grandson Tanner of Rio Rico; granddaughter Amber and grandson Joshua and great-granddaughter Hailey of Denver, CO; two nephews, Scott Garrett of Rio Rico and Johnny Garrett of Oregon. J.T. was in the trucking business for many years in California and Arizona. He worked the family ranch on and off for many years with his father Jim Sr. and his brother John. J.T. participated in team-roping in the local arenas until he became disabled. A memorial will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. at the MARTINEZ FUNERAL HOME in Nogales, Arizona. In lieu of flowers donations may by made to Carondolet Hospice, Tucson, AZ. The family would like to thank Pat, Barbara, Trish and Stacey for their loving care during his long illness due to heart problems.
