PROFFITT, BOBBIE SUE - age 63 of Maryville, went home to be with Jesus,March 8, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Robert Keys and Alleen Julian Keys, her husband Leonard E. Proffitt and her father-in-law Clarence E. Proffitt. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Byrd and husband Randy of Maryville and Jennifer Proffitt of Maryville grandchildren Jessica Gibson, Ashlee and Ryan Byrd, and Andrew Chambers aunt, Blanche Julian of Seymour mother-in-law, Irene Proffitt of Maryville cousins, Jerry "Cotton" Julian and wife of Seymour, Terry Julian and wife, Seymour and Wayne Bailey and wife of Hixson, Tn. She is loved and missed by many special friends of which they are too many to list. In lieu of flowers family suggest memorial contributions to American Heart Association, American Diabetic Association, Tenn. Organ Donor Services and National Kidney Foundation. Funeral Services will be Friday March 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Highland South Memorial with Glenn Gamble, Randy Leming, and Justin Hudgens officiating. Pallbearers will be members of the U.T. Police Department. The visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. prior to services. Graveside services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Highland South Memorial Park. Highland South Memorial is honored to serve the family of Bobbie Sue Proffitt.
