He is survived by his wife of 52 years Louise Ottinger, of Parrottsville; daughters Sheila Ottinger, Debbie Turner, daughter and son in law Christine and Danny Hembree, grandchildren Angela Nease, Shawn Hembree, Crystal and Todd Turner , Sherry and Darell Ellison, great-grandchildren Brandon, Wesley, D.J. Turner, brother and sister in law Johnny and Bernice Ottinger, sister and brother in law Anna Mae and Ivan Buckner, sister Helen Garrett, a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great- nieces and nephews, and a host of other friends. Funeral services 2 p.m. Friday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor J L Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Parrottsville Memorial Cemetery.
