He is survived by his brothers, Boone (Sheila) Owens, of Morristown; Tim(Sue) Owens, of Parrottsville, and Billy Ray Owens of New Market; sisters, Alma James, of Parrottsville, Linda Sue Dotson of Parrottsville and Norma Jean (Kenneth) Gilliland of Newport; special nice, Trish Click of Parrottsville; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Friday, November 25, 2016 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Richard Webb and Billy Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
