Kathy Ann Ramsey Huff, age 54, of Newport, passed away, Sunday, September 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, John A, Ramsey; grandparents, Sherman and Suzanne Ramsey and Harlen and Pearl Harper. She is survived by her mother, Mary Helen Allen of Newport; husband, Charlie Huff of Newport; sister, Kay (Buddy) Simpkins; niece, Katie Simpkins Jones; nephew, Joel Simpkins all of Cleveland, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Thursday, September 7, 2017 with funeral services following at 2:00 pm ,in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Keith Presnell and Rev. Tom Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in the Bryant-Hannon Cemetery.
