Norma Jean Manning, age 52, of Sevierville, passed away at her home early Sunday morning August 6, 2017. She was so full of life. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A friend to everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean Barr Collins and Laura Susan Collins, mother-in-law Sue Manning.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Rodney Manning, her two sons, Shaun (Amanda) Collins and Josh (Shawna) Manning; her two brothers, Bo (Lisa) Collins and Marvin Collins; her two sisters, Jama (Gary) Franklin and Susie (Johnny) Campbell; her father-in-law, Earl “Paps” Manning, Jr.; brother-in-law, Randy (JD) McCarter, and her two grandchildren, Catherine and Eli Collins.
The family will receive friends 4-6:45 PM Wednesday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Oliver Ray Williams and Rev. Danny Manning officiating. Interment 10 AM Thursday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. Online condolences can be made at www.atchleyfuneralhome.com.
