  [S142] Newspaper Article, Amarillo Globe News, 1 Mar 2005. Naomi Fay Hill, 77, of Amarillo died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors Pioneer Chapel, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery Garden Mausoleum. Mrs. Hill was born and raised in Griggs, Okla. She married R.C. Hill in 1956. They moved to Amarillo in 1963 from Earth. She was a member of Eastern Star, Texhoma, Okla., chapter. Naomi was a loving and caring wife, mother and granny. She will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Donna Thrasher Wright and husband, Bryan, of Guymon, Okla., two stepdaughters, Pam Hill Chennault and husband, Larry, and Janice Hill Sommerville and husband, Gary, all of Amarillo; a stepson, Jerry C. Hill of Amarillo; a sister-in-law, Barbara Hawkins Judd of Stratford; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. [S147] Find a Grave, (Memorial: 18815128).
