A native of Burke Co., NC, she was born on June 24, 1920 - daughter of the late William Sam and Fanny Elizabeth Huffman Bradshaw, wife of the late Roy Gay Stinnett, Sr., whom she married in 1937, mother of the late William Sam and Ronald Kenneth Stinnett, sister of the late Roy Everett and Bulah Ethel Bradshaw. She was owner of Kings Mountain Drive-In Theatre for 50 years and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Connelly Springs, NC.
