Dalphus, known as Dolph or DH to most who knew him, was an avid outdoorsman. He is a member of the 900 Club for having hiked all of the 900 miles of trails in the Smoky Mountains. Dalphus loved to travel and explore, visiting each of the 50 states at least twice. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Cora Goodin. Survivors: Wife: Dolores Jane Goodin Sons and Daughters-in-law: Langley Goodin and wife Dora Ann, Dwight H. Goodin and wife Kathy, Timothy Lynn Goodin and wife Barb, Robert Christopher Goodin and wife Lori Bellar Daughter and son-in-law: Kathy Blankenship and husband Bobby Joe Grandchildren: Robert Lynn Blankenship, Heather Rene Distleberg, Clinton Langley Goodin, Timothy Chaz Goodin, Coleton Cruz Goodin, Cassidi Makalya Goodin, and Savanna Jayne Goodin. Great-grandchildren: Kathryn Blankenship, Alyssa Grace Blankenship, Brianna Lynn Blankenship, and Seth Robert Blankenship and Ansley Kate Distelberg.
