CROUCH, KATIE age 81, a resident of Knoxville, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Park West Hospital in Knoxville. Katie was born December 22, 1926 in Knoxville. She was a lifelong resident of Knoxville. She was a member of the Dante Church Of God in Knoxville. Mrs. Crouch was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Crouch; by a daughter, Patricia Crouch; and by her parents, Ernest Elmer Parker and Lucy Mae Woods Parker ; sisters, Mildred Woods & Jackie Payne; brother, Fritz Parker . Katie is survived by a sister and brother in law, Helen and Harold Whedbee of Knoxville; by nephews, Harold Whedbee, Jr.; Rev. Perry Woods and Gary Parker. She is also survived by two nieces, Lisa Beets and Jeanette Carpenter, and a host of special friends at Hillcrest Health Care Center in Knoxville. Graveside services and burial will be held Friday, April 11, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Forester Cemetery in Oliver Springs. Sharp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
