He was born Jan. 13, 1960 in Columbia, SC to Shuler Scott (deceased) of Columbia and June Dill (Sevierville, TN ). He is a US Army veteran and worked as a certified diesel mechanic after honorable discharge from service. He is survived by his wife Renae (Lawrenceburg, TN .), and children; Keith Brian Scott , Jr. (Lexington, SC), Jennifer Scott (Lugoff, SC), and Jennifer Griffith (Elgin, SC); and siblings Gary Scott (Hopkins, SC), Kimberly Oliger (Lexington, SC), Debra Franklin (Gainesville, GA), Mark Scott (Columbia, SC), and Jeff Holmes (Sevierville, TN ); and grandchildren Bria, Alyiah, Marissa, Thomas, Sophia, Daniel, Jordan, and Lila; and 6 nieces and 9 nephews. A Memorial service will be held Wed. May 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church 401 High Street, Sevierville, TN . Arrangements are being provided by Legacy Funeral Services.
