Junior was also preceded in death by wife, Geneva Gay Morgan Lester; daughters, Milinda and Ilene Lester; brothers, Hubert and Arnold Lester; sister, Inos Ramsey and a grandchild. Junior's survived by his wife and mother; sons, Sammy and Randy Lee Lester; daughters, Ethel Daugherty, Diana Lester, Hanover; and sisters, Loberta Stacy, Shirley Browning, Katherine Hatfield, Teresa Wallace,and Geneva Lester and Linda Hatfield; and eight grandchildren.
