COOPER, HAROLD R. "BUD" - age 72, Pineview Rd. Maryville, departed this life to his Heavenly Father's home Thursday, June 23, 2005. He was an ordained minister since 1962. He attended Grace Memorial Church. He sang gospel music in churches and nursing homes. He was a barber at Chilhowee View. He drove a Blount County School bus for 31 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaith and Margaret Cooper and brothers, John "Dude", Gaith Jr. "Tub", and Stanley "Dee" Cooper . He is survived by his children, Jaris and wife, Mary Cooper , Javonna Cooper , Shelia and husband, Bob Gardner, and Larkin Cooper all of Maryville grandchildren, Erica "Shon" Smith, Keyna Sipe, Klint Monroe, and Ben Hopkins six great grandchildren brother, C.S. and wife Gloria Cooper of Ruston, LA special friends, Bill Cable, Joe McKee, and Ralph Boring several nieces and nephews, and a host of Christian brothers and sisters. Flowers can be sent to Miller Funeral Home or contributed to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720 in his honor. The body can be viewed at Miller Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, June 25, 2005. The family will be present from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday. Mausoleum Service will be held at Grandview Cemetery at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 26, 2005, Rev. Bill White officiating. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
