Frances Olivee Williams, 75, of Hoxie passed away early Thursday morning, May 17, 2007, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Born Aug. 17, 1931, in Jackson County, the daughter of Roy and Pearl Huskey Doyle, she was a clerk at Lawrence County Library and member of Arbor Grove Free Will Baptist Church where she taught the ladies' Sunday school class for several years. She was united in marriage to Bobby Lee Williams May 26, 1956, who preceded her in death Feb. 7, 1974. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Brady L. Williams, Oct. 7, 1974. Survivors include two daughters, Susan Ponder and Lori Tillman of Hoxie; a son, Bobby Lee Williams of Walnut Ridge; four sisters, Imogene Lewis and Faye Mitchell of Lynn, Bobbie Williams of Walnut Ridge and Linda Drennin of Tuckerman; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in Bryan Funeral Home Chapel with Timothy Campbell officiating. Those serving as pallbearers will be David Ponder, Wesley Chrisler, Drew Tillman, Tyler Williams, Duffie Williams and Jeff Williams.
