Mrs. Hayes was born Jan. 3, 1919 in Lawrence County, Arkansas the daughter of David and Frances (Rainey) Huskey. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of the Main Street Baptist Church in Grand Saline, Texas. Mrs. Hayes was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred T. Hayes on October 20, 1982. She is survived by one son, Jim Hayes of Lowell, Ind.; one daughter, Patsy Dolberry of Grand Saline, Texas; one brother, Paul Huskey of Saffell; seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 at the Cord Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Mitchell officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Ward Cemetery at Saffell.
