Wiloma Edens, 67, of Garfield, Ark., died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at her home. She was born Aug. 18, 1937, in Strawberry, Ark., to Edward Doyle and Ollie Huskey Doyle.
She worked at Alpha Childcare in Rogers, Ark.; ACEC childcare in Centerton, Ark.; and on her farm. She was a member of the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church in Garfield, where she played piano for 30 years. She enjoyed cooking, reading and vegetable gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint Edens, on March 19, 1988; a brother, Duane Doyle ; and two grandsons, Jeffrey James and Adam Howell.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie Edens and Connie Edens, and Alan Edens and Luella Edens, all of Garfield; two daughters and a son-in-law, Donna Howell of Decatur, Ark., and Norma James and Randall James of Garfield; a brother and sister-in-law, Ellis Doyle and Donna Doyle of Garfield; two sisters-in-law, Sharon Doyle of Bella Vista, Ark., and Virginia Reddick of Dennison, Texas; 21 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, at Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge, Ark.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, at the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church in Garfield with the Rev. Arthur Lee Galloway, the Rev. Jeremy Howell and the Rev. Craig Villines.
Burial will be at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Avoca, Ark. Lafayette, La.
