Erma Ann Adkins Huskey, 77, of Forest City, died Saturday, May 23, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Clevis Columbus Adkins and Bertha Brown Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her husband, Clyde Huskey; three daughters, Deborah Bailey, Diana Simmons, Linda Orin; two sisters, Faye and Marie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. A graveside service was conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2015 at Floyd's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
