Preceded in death by husband, Oren Dennis Carr ; parents, James Hensley and Lou Tishia Kerley; sister, Mildred Kerley Payne; brothers, Birl Kerley and William (Bill) Kerley. Survivors: daughter, LaGonda Carr Reagan; 2 grandsons, Beryl Dennis Reagan and Anthony Stephen Reagan, both of Florida; sister, Charlotte Kerley Ryall; sister-in-law, Mary Kerley; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Stevens Mortuary with a 7:00 p.m. chapel service to follow with Rev. Dana Fachman officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel for a 2:00 p.m. entombment service.
