She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Orpha Kolb, brother, Marvin Kolb, and her sister, Ada Smith Mrs. Sipma is survived by her husband Cecil Sipma; daughter, Annette England and husband Steve; son, Alan Sipma; grandchildren, Christopher and Miranda; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Bruce; step-granddaughter, Abigail; sister, Elaine Moser; brother, James Kolb; and sister-in-law, Ethel Kolb. Memorial service 4 PM Sunday, November 27 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Justin Randolph officiating. A reception will follow. Cremation arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
