COX , KENNETH H. - age 86 of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2002 at Hillcrest Nursing Home. He was a member and a deacon of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. He retired from K-25 In Oak Ridge after 32 years of service and was a longtime Democratic Election Official. He is preceded in death by first wife, Lucille Goosie Cox parents, William Lemaster Cox and Nova Tunnell Ogle Cox sisters, Evelyn Scarbrough, Tunnell Spence brother, Ray Cox . He is survived by wife, Pearl Keck Cox stepson and wife, Kyle A. and Alice Keck brothers and sisters in law, Bill L. and Sue Cox , Jim E. and B.J. Cox of Knoxville sisters and brothers in law, Cleda Stokes , Edith Silvey and Ed Cunningham of Knoxville, Ruby and Carl Minge of Dayton, Ohio and Faye and Goody Amburn of Huntsville, Ala. many well loved nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cedar Bluff Baptist Church Building Fund, 9216 Dutchtown Rd. Knoxville, Tenn. 37923. Family and friends will meet Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. at Edgewood Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service with Rev. Chris Farmer officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home 5815 Western Ave.
