Services for Arthur G. Schielke , 77, of Coomer Road, a retired employee of the former Lockport Felt Co., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Ave. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
A native of Buffalo, he died Tuesday (June 21, 1994) in Newfane Inter-Community Memorial Hospital.
He had worked at the company for 22 years before retiring in 1979.
Schielke was a member of Newfane United Methodist Church and the United Auto Workers. He had been a member of Wrights Corners Volunteer Fire Company.
Surviving are his wife, the former Frances Baney ; two sons, Robert A. of Lockport and David L.; two sisters, Eleanor Bixler of Lockport and Susan Pearson of Gasport; and a grandson.
