He was employed with SeaArk Marine for 12 years in Monticello, owned his own mechanic shop in McGehee, was a mechanic for Southland Ford in McGehee; he loved to race cars, loved playing horse shoes and deer hunting. Mr. Peacock was born September 9, 1954 to the late Melvin Peacock and Martha Jane Peacock in Chicot County. He is survived by his wife Joyce Peacock of Selma AR, two sons; Keith Peacock of Selma AR and Russell Peacock of Little Rock, three daughters; Amy Higgins (Vernon) of Paragould AR, Deanna Doherty (Ryan) of Monticello AR, and Marsha Peacock of Selma AR, his mother Martha Jane Peacock of McGehee AR, three brothers; Jerry Peacock (Evelyn) of Lake Providence LA, Jimmy Peacock (Deborah) of Odessa TX, and Don Peacock (Linda) of McGehee AR, and seven grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held 10:00am Friday November 4, 2011 at Mt. Tabor Church with burial following in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
