Funeral services for Janet Sue ( Chandler ) Phillips , 55 , of Fayetteville , AR , will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 18 , 2008 at White Cemetery at Gore, OK, with Reverend Don Warford officiating. Services and burial will be under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.
Janet was born July 20, 1952 in Muskogee, OK, the daughter of A. L. and Virgie (Vickers) Chandler and died Monday April 14, 2008 at Fayetteville .
Janet graduated from Muskogee High School and was a member of Baldwin Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, J.L. Downum and his fiancee, Bekki O'Reilly, her daughter, Kimberly Downum all of Fayetteville , her mother, Virgie Dutch of Muskogee, sister, Vanessa Rozell and husband Jimmy of Muskogee, four grandchildren, Zoe Dowden, Gabriel Bartow, Maxinus Mendoza and Juliana Mendoza.
Janet was loved by her grandchildren and will be missed by all that knew her.
