Mrs. Ruth N. West Clark , 88 of Waynesville, went home to be with her Lord July 6, 2012, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in the Fines Creek community to the late Dallas and Cleo Clark West .
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James "Jim" Clark ; daughter Margie Ann Frady; brothers Ray, Ed and John West . She worked as a cook in the lunch room at several local schools, and was most proud of her time spent at Tuscola.
She was a Sunday school teacher and a member of Lake Junaluska First Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Bill Frady of Waynesville; sister Mary Justice of Iron Duff; grandson Jimmy Frady and his wife Lynn of Candler; step-great-granddaughter Leah Michelle Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday July 9, in the chapel of Garrett Funeral Home. The Revs. Jimmy Huey and Barry Willett will officiate.
Burial will follow at Fines Creek Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends on Sunday. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Dittie Phillips, Dr. Howard W.
