Cora Sue (Haney) Singleteary age 74, passed away Friday September 30, 2016. Proceeded in death by her mother Georgia (Haney) Dykes, sisters JoAnn H. Swagerty and Betty Georgia Haney, brothers William Haney, Indianapolios, Ind., and Kenneth Haney Detroit, Michigan, Bill and Carroll Carter, Jefferson City,TN., aunts and uncles Mary (Haney) Guyrone Jenkins, Lansing, Michigan, William & Mary Dora, Horace & Emma Jean, Eugene and Hurbert of Newport, Tn., James & Florence of Gary Ind., Richard & Thelma of Seattle, Wa.,and Harry Haney of Lansing, Michigan., brother in law Levi Woods Detroit, MI., sister in law Patricia (Stewart) Carter of Newport, TN. She is survived by sister Jane(Carter) Buis of Morristown, TN., Shirley Woods, Detoit, MI., Otelia Woods of Newport, Tn., brothers James Dan Carter of Newport, Tn., Neil (Shelia) Haney of Detroit, MI., sister in law Bernice Haney of Detroit MI., aunt Imogene Haney Newport, Tn., host of nieces , nephews, cousins and friends. Anna Ruth Mack cousin, nephews Lano and Geno Swagerty to whom she made a home with. Me-Maw to many Delessa and Brazen Stewart and friendly neighbors. Memorial services at A M E New Zion Church on White Oak Street Newport,Tn 5:00- 6:00 p m Wednesday Oct. 5, 2016 Pastor Rosie Cuberson. Fellowship Hall 6-7 pm family and friends.
