She is preceded in death by her husband J.T. Phillips ; brothers Kenneth Miolen , Mike Miolen , Bill Miolen ; brothers-in-law Shag Wooliver, Danny Phillips , Gene Wayman; sisters-in-law Josie Wooliver, Cleo Denton, Judy Wiggleston, Wanda Lewis, Doris Howell. Patsy is survived by her daughter Crystal Phillips Mills; granddaughter Lensie Mills; son-in-law Gary Strevel; sisters Christine Wayman, June Bailey, Janice Smith; brothers Johnny Miolen , Terry Miolen ; special friend Bo Hiscock. Visitation services will be Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Daryl Rasnake and Rev.
