Richard Shawn Necessary, 36, of Del Rio, passed away at Laughlin Memorial Hospital Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Necessary, grandparents, Ernest Price and Cynthia Black, Sterling and Edith Necessary, and Joe and Gladys Turner.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Ramsey, guardians, June and Roger Turner, brother, Tim (Vickie) Turner, sister, Tabi (Rick) Messer, uncle Freddy (Mary Ann) Necessary, aunt Frieda (Howardy) White, nieces, Brooke (Josh) Ramsey and Kayla (Brad) Antrican, nephews, Eric (Mary) Turner, Cody Turner (Karrie Ramsey), and Shane (Holly) Messer, several cousins, and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 29, 2016 from 6pm-8pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service to follow at 8pm. Max Phillips and Freddy Necessary will be officiating. Graveside service will be Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 12 noon in the Sand Hill Cemetery.
