Randy Jess Kelley, 43, of Del Rio, died suddenly Sunday morning as the result of an automobile accident. He was employed by Hunt Wesson of Newport for 24 years. He is survived by his son, Steven Kelley, and daughter, Jessica Kelley of Del Rio; parents, Haskell and Cora Lou Kelley of Del Rio; brothers and sister-in-law, Gary and Paulette Kelley and Chuck Kelley of Del Rio; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and James Ensley of Hot Springs, North Carolina, and Vonda and Wade Strom of Del Rio; grandson, Gavin Woody of Del Rio; mother of the children, Carol Kelley of Newport; and also several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Manes Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert L. Ashley officiating. Interment will be in the Moore Cemetery.
