He was a member of Meadowdale Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Carey Smith Baggett, Ranger; his parents, Ralph D. and Jewell Brownlee Baggett, Ranger; sister, Shelley Ann Leatherwood, Calhoun, Ga.; grandparents, Agnes Huskey Brownlee , Calhoun, and James David and Lucille Baggett, Adairsville, Ga.; two nephews. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Meadowdale Baptist Church with the Rev. Stephen Pearson officiating. Burial will be in Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens.
