Lorena T. Flynn, age 84, Maryville, TN died Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: parents, C.C. and Matilda "Mae" Hatcher; husband, Paul Flynn; sisters, Maude Hartress, Mildred Miller, Sarah, Margie, and Sophia Hatcher; brothers, Benton, Martin, and Carter Hatcher. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Laquita and Allen McInturff, Maryville and Betty and Wendell Woody, Carrollton, GA; daughter, Shirley Sherritze, Greer, SC; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Louis Hatcher, Rockford, TN; sister, Rosell Denton, Madisonville, TN. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 21, 2004 at Central Point Baptist Church with Dr. Doug Sager officiating. Interment will follow in Central Point Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to: Central Point Baptist Church Building Fund, in memory of Lorena Flynn, 3617 Central Point Road, Rockford, TN 37853.
