(Pete) and Faye (Rogers) Stafford are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today. The couple were married July 1, 1960, at Providence Baptist Church. The late Rev. Marvin Hood officiated. Their family includes children John and wife Paula and Kimberly and husband Darrell. Their grandchildren include Dakota, who is in the United States Air Force; William, a student at Karns High School; Savannah, a student at Bearden Middle; twins Kelsey and Kinsey Galyon, seniors at Reinhardt University, and Kaitlyn Galyon, a junior at Johnson and Wales University. Mr. Stafford is retired from Knox County Schools.
