She was a member of Alcoa First United Methodist Church and was a retired school teacher with the Blount County School System. She was preceded in death by her son, Roger Harless ; father, Homer Lambert and brother, Wallace Lambert . Survivors include daughters and sons in law, Carol and Dean Wicks of Maryville, Kay and David Loy of Memphis, Liz and Greg Johnson of IN; 5 grandchildren; mother, Mrs. Homer Lambert of Maryville; sister and brother in law, JoAnn and Jon Brown of Ohio; sisters, Freida Jane West of Maryville, Carolyn Lambert of Atlanta; brother, Harold Lambert of Miss. several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Fri. at Alcoa First United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Green officiating. A private burial service will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
