Preceded in death by infant daughter, Noel Ann; parents, W.H. and Maude Rule; brothers, Frank, W.H., Jr., M.C. Rule and Sam Rule; sisters, Margaret Pennington and Mildred Wilburn. Survived by husband, William J. Sharpe ; sons, William Mark and Jon B. Sharpe ; granddaughter, Loren Marie, all of Knoxville; sisters, Beulah Rule of Fall City, Neb., Pearl Rule of Kodak, and Lynn Newman of Etowah. Family and friends will meet at the main entrance to Greenwood Cemetery 9:45 a.m. Wednesday for a 10 a.m. graveside service and interment. Father Xavier Mankel officiating. Arrangements by Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Ave. at Broadway.
