Waiting for her in Heaven are her parents, Floyd and Mildred Brookshire; brother, Jim (Beanie) Brookshire; daughter, Kimberly Elmore-Boling; son, David Headrick; and beloved granddaughter, Mindy Elmore. She will be greatly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Amie and Scott Dyer; grandson and wife Nicholas and April Elmore; grandson, Riley Dyer; granddaughter, Caroline Dyer; grandson, Andrew Boling; granddaughter, Savannah Boling; honorary granddaughter, Stephanie Ellis; great-grandchildren: Tyler and Elizabeth; sister, Mickey Staley; brother, Jerry Brookshire; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM for graveside services, Rev. Dana Fachman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Knoxville Children's Theatre, 109 Churchwell Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37917 where a star will be displayed in her honor.
