Later he began working for Cincinnati Time, where he retired after 21 years. Mr. Marshall is survived by his wife, Nancy S. Marshall ; children, William, Debra, Charles and James; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and many more loving family members and friends. Visitation held Wed., May 12, 2004, 6-8 pm. Funeral services held Thurs., May 13, 2004 at 1:00 pm at the Rhoton Funeral Home Chapel. Private interment to follow.
