Survivors include his wife Paula Jardine Harbison ; a daughter Jeanne, wife of Jeffrey Hebert and their children Alex and Austin; Lynne, wife of David Bruyneel and daughter Kristaa; John "Jay" Harbison , Jr. husband of Denise and their children Madison and Connor; Karen, wife of Gene Ratliff and their children Shelby, Karly and Lexy; Paige, wife of Dario Campo and children Kerstein, Hailey and Jade. Also survived by a brother, Jerry L. Harbison and his wife Sandy and the late Jimmy Root. Age 63 a native of Knoxville, TN and resident of Covington, LA for the past 35 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass on Monday, December 1, 2003 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA. 70433. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2003 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Monday from 11:30 AM until service time. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
