Louise R. Montgomery, 77, of Pigeon Forge, died Thursday, March 30, 2000, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.
Her parents were Sam and Lena Robertson. She was also preceded in death by a son, Dr. W.H. Montgomery Jr.; a brother and a sister.
She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Pigeon Forge and First United Methodist Church of Oak Ridge.
She had worked at the Oak Ridge Credit Bureau, Reel and Slusser Publishing, Anderson County Schools and the Mother's-Day-Out program at the First United Methodist Church of Sevierville.
Survivors include her husband, W. Howard Montgomery Sr. of Pigeon Forge; daughter and son-in-law, Betty M. and Dr. Harvey E. Sullivan of Marion, Va.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth Lawson, Jessica and Ray Benson, and Emily and Hal Campbell; sister-in-law, Ruth M. Robertson; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet 2 p.m. Sunday in Shiloh Cemetery in Pigeon Forge for graveside service and interment with the Rev. Bob Tripp officiating.
