Elizabeth Lawson, 88, of Sevierville, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001 at Fort Sanders Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sevierville.She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.She is survived by her daughter, Sammy Lawson Proietto; granddaughters, Elisabetta Proietto, Margherita P. Robinson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessica and Ray Benson, Emily and Hal Campbell; brother-in-law, Howard Montgomery; and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday at Shiloh Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Ely and the Rev. H.B. Hauk officiating. Interment will follow the service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Rawlings Funeral Home.
