Died: Aug. 17, 2013
Taffy Jane Ogle , 66 , of Hartman Lane , passed away Saturday afternoon at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
She retired from Plus Mark.
Mrs. Ogle was of the Baptist faith.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and sister, and especially loved her grandkids and great-grandkids dearly.
Survivors include one son: Randy Wilhoit and wife, Treva; two daughters: Tawana Jane Wilhoit and Carla and Chris Whitson; nine grandchildren: Meranda Wilhoit, Melinda Sheffey, Elizabeth Cobble, Dustin, Amber, and Devon Wilhoit, and Jacob, Tiffany, and Taylor Tipton; four great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters: Frances Myers and Ann Reynolds; one brother-in-law: Harold Berry; a special aunt: Phoebe Morgan; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Jack Ogle ; father: William Bryan Malone; mother: Cora Elizabeth Malone Ricker; two brothers: Thomas Eugene Malone and William Bryan Malone Jr.; and two sisters: Peggy Wells and Penny Laughlin .
The family expressed a special thanks to the staff of Laughlin Home Health and Caris Hospice, especially one special lady: Tammy F. Collins.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel. The Rev. Tommy Collins and the Rev. Jay Hugh Jennings will officiate.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery on Snapps Ferry Road.
Active pallbearers will be Dustin and Devon Wilhoit, Junior Harris, Chris Whitson, Dwayne Fox, Jacob Tipton, and Duane Wilburn.
Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Wells, Christian Howard, Harold Berry, and Reban Early.
