Nancy Ann Raines Frazier, age 45, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Jay Raines, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Albert Frazier; son, Joey Frazier; daughter Brandy (Jason) Jenkins; mother, Juanita Raines; brothers, Donnie (Betty Faye) Raines, Ronnie (Faye) Raines, James Raines, and Butch Raines; sisters, Geneva (Brian) Smelcer and Shaleen Raines; grandchildren, Ethan, Celeste, Kylei Watson; all of Newport; also several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Glenn Ball officiating. Burial will follow in the Frazier Family Cemetery, 1450 Minco Way, Newport, TN. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
