He was preceded in death by: his great-grandparents, Walter and Bertie Lee Russell grandfather, Joel Kuykendall great grandparents, Jim and Marie Caughorn great uncles, Arlie, Tony, Hubert and Kenneth Russell. He is survived by: parents, Crystal and Daniel Kuykendall brother, Eli Kuykendall sister, Briona Kuykendall grandparents, Vernon and Patricia Clark, Wanda Faye Kuykendall, David and Paula Rogers, Emanuel Joel Kuykendall and Bobby Purkey great-grandparents, James and Carolyn Moore, Robert and Mildred Meyers, Fannie Clark aunt & uncles, Carmen and Gary Webb, David and Joshua Rogers, Destiney King, Kimberley Presley and Carla Rogers cousins, Austin Rogers and Hannah Webb several great aunts and uncles on both sides. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 in the Chapel of Mayes Mortuary. The Rev. Teddy Webb and Rev. Troy Duncan will officiate. Interment will be in the Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday at Mayes and at other times, friends may call at their convenience at the home. Mayes Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
