(69) of Knoxville, TN went Home to be with the Lord Thursday, August 20, 2015. A resident of Nashville, TN since 1990; he worked as a surveyor with Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc. Leonard had a passion for billiards with many trophies to prove it. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Marie Caughorn; sisters, Thelma Covington, Wanda Wompler, Bonnie Heiskell; brothers, Troy, Roy, Bruce and Herman Lucas Caughorn; many aunts, uncles. He is survived by siblings; Dail Caughorn, Gail Abbott, Janie Long, Judy Gattis; nieces, nephews, cousins; and very special friend, Brenda Bagull. Family will receive friends Monday, August 31, 2015 from 12-2pm at Berry Funeral Home 3704 Chapman Highway Knoxville, TN. Funeral Service will begin at 2pm with Pastor Chris Yarbrough officiating.
