She was a member of Hillcrest United Methodist Church. Polly was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Algie Burchfield Haynes. She is survived by several cousins. Thanks to each and every one at Island Home Park Health and Rehab Center for their love and care over the past eleven years. Receiving of friends will be from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Lynnhurst Cemetery, Rev.
