Services for Alma Victoria Stallworth, 87, Francis were 10 a.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Gene Teel officiated. Burial followed at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Francis. Mrs. Stallworth died Nov 23, 2000 at a local hospital. She was born Aug 31, 1913 at Chickasha, to Bob and Anna Belle Lee.
She came to this area in July 1956 from Tacoma, Wash. She graduated from Loveland High School in 1932 where she played basketball all four years.
She lived in Germany from 1944 until 1945 and in Alaska from 1949 until 1951. She took an active part in Parent Teacher Association with schools in Washington, Indiana and Oklahoma. She moved to her present home in 1956 and became active in the OSU Extension Club. Gold Star Wives of America and Order of the Eastern Star, Ada chapter. She was Worthy Matron in 1965 while in the Francis chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of Loveland Methodist Church since 1929 and moved her membership to Francis Methodist Church in 1956.
She married Ralph Henderson Stallworth Nov 3, 1933 at Chickasha. He died Jan 15, 1965 at Francis.
Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Frantz, Ada; a son, Robert Stallworth, Augusta, Kan.; a sister Naomi Holm, El Cerrito, Calif.; a brother, Jean Lee, Ada and nine grandchildren.
