Janice Faye Ottinger, age 47, of Newport, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Arlie Fine; brother, Roger Fine; and grandparents, John and Eloisa Dalton. She is survived by her husband, Randy Ottinger; son, Joshua Ottinger; daughter, Whitney Ottinger; mother, Sue (Terry) Cardwell; and sister, Regina (Steve) Griffin all of Newport; step brother Terry (Mary) Cardwell, Jr.; also several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Shepherd officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm on Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the services.
