Faithful member of Valley Grove Baptist Church for over 37 years where he served as a deacon and on various committees of the church. He served as a volunteer with Baptist Hospital Auxiliary for many years and was retired from City Employees Credit Union. Survivors Wife, Lucille Daniels; daughter, Elaine Brown of Knoxville; sons, Larry Daniels of Coral Springs, Florida, Alan Daniels of Seymour; sister, Colleen Houser of Knoxville; special niece, Ann (LaVerne) Montgomery; six grandchildren, Brian, Jason, Travis, Jacob, Calli, and Josh. Service Funeral service 7:00 PM Tuesday at Valley Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Bobbie Tucker and Rev. Ted Witchen officiating. Family and friends will meet at Highland Memorial Cemetery at 11:00 AM Wednesday for interment services. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Valley Grove Baptist Church. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
