U.S. Veteran 1SGT James E. Ramsey, age 57, passed away Friday, August 7, 2015. He served in the US Army as an Army Combat Engineer from 1977 until 1995. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Jimmy Ramsey; grandfathers, Hildred Stinnette and Ernest Kincaid; and grandmother, Lola Stinnette; He is survived by his wife, Nancy Ramsey; daughter, Morgan and Danny Lovejoy; sons Joshua Ramsey and Jeremy and Brittany Hopkins; granddaughters, Kate, Kayla, Madison, Cansyn, and Campbell; grandson, Cutler; mother, Barbara Dvorak; father, J.E. Kincaid; sister, Kathy and Dennis Martin; brother, David and Jackie Ramsey; and grandmother, Myrtle. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, Wounded Warrior Project, PO BOX 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
